Renee Melo has been teaching anatomy at Central Valley High School in Ceres, California for 25 years.

Recently, as the school district made the decision to start the school year with all online instruction, given the ongoing pandemic, Renee successfully submitted a request for more Anatomy in Clay® Learning System models so all students could study at home. 

Renee Melo is department chair and serves on the steering committee for Central Valley High School.

Renee has a master's degree in education and she holds National Board Certification. She was named Teacher of the Year in Ceres Unified School District last year and is a currently a finalist for the Stanilsaus County Teacher of the Year.
